Mediterranean Marinade

This anti-inflammatory marinade will take any basic protein to the next level. Full of anti-inflammatory herbs so you know that it is nothing but good for you and great tasting!

  • 1 Small mixing Bowl
  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 2 each Lemons large
  • 1/4 cup Olive OIl
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Oregano chopped
  • 1 tea Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 1 each Bay Leaf
  • 1 tea Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tea Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Pour over lamb chops, chicken, fish, or steak. For best results, allow food to marinade for 2-3 hours.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week in an airtight container.
