Mediterranean Marinade
This anti-inflammatory marinade will take any basic protein to the next level. Full of anti-inflammatory herbs so you know that it is nothing but good for you and great tasting!

1 Small mixing Bowl
1 Whisk
- 2 each Lemons large
- 1/4 cup Olive OIl
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Fresh Oregano chopped
- 1 tea Fresh Thyme chopped
- 1 each Bay Leaf
- 1 tea Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tea Black Pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Pour over lamb chops, chicken, fish, or steak. For best results, allow food to marinade for 2-3 hours.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week in an airtight container.
